Push/pull handle

Efficiency and convenience for doors

In accordance with DIN EN 179, HEWI push/pull handles are ideal for emergency exits where no panic situations are to be expected and the users know the escape routes. They offer the advantage that heavy doors in particular can be opened effortlessly with one hand.

Accessibility at the door

Push/pull handles make an important contribution to the barrier-free design of buildings. Thanks to their flexible attachment at variable reach heights of 75 to 120 cm, they are easy to reach for people with different physical capabilities. DIN 18040 recommends an installation height of 85 cm to ensure optimum utilisation. This adaptability makes them easily operable for everyone - regardless of size, age or physical limitations.
