Awarded | Architecture and Design Competitions
The Bauhaus idea recently celebrated its 100th anniversary and still has its significance today. HEWI's design language is entirely in the tradition of the Bauhaus design maxim and still guides us in the design of our products today. One reason why we receive awards from architects, planners and users for our design and the functionality of our solutions. We present our award-winning solutions to you.
The aesthetics of reduction
Contemporary and timeless design, a language of form reduced to the essentials and a conscious use of colour not only closely link our root, the System 111 door handle, to Bauhaus, but also guide us in the development of new solutions in the areas of sanitation, accessibility and fittings.
Architects’ Darling
The Architects' Darling is an award for manufacturers and suppliers from the fields of construction, furnishings and fittings, which is determined in one of the largest industry surveys in various architecture trade magazines.
In a large-scale, multimedia survey conducted by Heinze Marktforschung, around 2,000 architects and planners evaluate various products and solutions in the construction industry. In the process, the manufacturers in the construction industry are put "through their paces": Who offers architects and planners the best deal?
Winners are selected in 25 product areas and 12 overarching marketing disciplines
HEWI was awarded in the categories of accessibility and fittings.
