Office and commercial buildings
Reflecting company values
Office buildings and commercial premises establish identification with the company. They represent corporate values to the outside world and create communication and work structures for employees and customers. HEWI offers you well thought-through equipment solutions which create atmosphere and provide orientation and at the same time meet all demands on cost-efficiency and sustainability.
Hygiene in the entrance area
Dispenser systems
Hygiene is becoming increasingly important in people's consciousness. HEWI dispenser systems meet the highest demands on design and functionality. Available are manually operated versions as well as a selection of electronically controlled, non-contact dispensers.
The new disinfectant dispenser column enables design options and an aesthetic implementation of hygiene measures in entrance areas.
In the corporate design of your company
Individual hardware
HEWI hardware enables you to continue your company's corporate design down to the smallest detail. Usually, a colour or material concept also extends to the office buildings or event buildings of a company - starting with the logo, through to the furnishings, the design of corridors and waiting areas for visitors. HEWI offers individual hardware which optimally continues your company's corporate design.
Panic bar
Safety in corridors and at emergency exits
The safety of people should be the focus when planning and furnishing buildings. Securing escape and rescue routes is of particular importance here. Special solutions for escape doors must allow for quick escape in an emergency. For this purpose, the emergency exits should be able to be opened with a handle without any major effort and without the user's prior knowledge of how to operate the panic lock. HEWI panic bars can be operated intuitively with minimum effort and thus meet the requirements of DIN EN 1125 for panic locks.
Safety at escape doors
Two senses principle
To help people with poor eyesight to find their way around buildings, information must be presented in high-contrast and according to the two senses principle (DIN 18040). At least two senses (seeing, hearing or feeling) should be addressed simultaneously. In this way, the missing or limited perception can be compensated by another sense. With the panic bar, operation is transmitted via two senses: the doubled handle area made of coloured polyamide visualises the handling and can also be sensed by touch.
